Shipping:

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, and United Parcel Service (UPS) to ensure timely and accurate delivery. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your ordered item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination; please note that this is estimated and not guaranteed due to shipping cut-off time. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Please provide a physical shipping address as UPS does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

Any order placed that has a shipping address other than the billing address will require review and verification, which may result in processing and shipping delays. This process is our commitment to providing you total customer satisfaction and protection against any possible fraud.

All orders received are typically processed and shipped within 48-hours. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are processed the next business day.

Returns:

All returns must be authorized prior to sending any product(s) back to J & J Speed Shop by emailing Sales@JandJSpeedShop.com with your name, address, phone number, product description, purchase date, and reason for return. All products must be shipped back in their original packaging with a copy of your receipt and a return authorization email in the package to receive a refund or replacement. Products that have been altered or used in any way cannot be returned, and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and shipping charges are never refundable. Any special-order items cannot be returned.
